World Cube Association Competition regulations, history of changes
January 4, 2009: Draft 1 version for 2009, with the following changes:Main changes:

• Added 6x6x6 Cube and 7x7x7 Cube as official events. [more fun]
• Preferred format for Rubik's Clock and Square-1 to 'Average of 5'. [fairness]
• Maximum Time limit for Multiple Blindfolded to 1 hour. [organisation, fairness]

加入了6，7阶，SQ和Clock使用5次取平均，多盲时间总上限1小时。

• 9m1) Events with 99 or fewer competitors must have at most three rounds.
• 9m2) Events with 15 or fewer competitors must have at most two rounds.
• 9m3) Events with 7 or fewer competitors must have at most one round.

每项目参赛人数99人及以下，最多3轮，15人及以下，最多2轮，7人及以下，最多一轮。

12c，明确了SQ的转动方法

尤其注意这两句，选手确认不必要说"OK"了，可以用所有表示确认的语言表示。裁判在12秒时不再喊“停”而是“开始”或“Go”

A7b1) In case of a penalty, the judge writes down the result taken from the timer, and next to it the penalty. (Format example: 17.65 + 2 = 19.65).
加入一个罚秒的积分卡记录的例子，罚秒要记录为类似17.65+2=19.65的格式

POP飞棱等故障安装之后允许再次更改的最多块数增加到4，很可能是为高阶留下的余地。

6阶80步打乱，7阶100步打乱，依然是官方的和45一样的高阶的打乱程序

另外说一句，官方的10依然没有a……

变化最大的 就是增加了 67阶 ， 呵呵 V-CUBE还是很强大的。

最关心的是SQ1的规则由比三轮变成了比五轮,SQ的运气成份比三阶多了很多,三次不去高低,意外巨大,完全不体现水平.很容易会影响这个项目的健康发展.
