尊敬的Rox您好，得知您来到中国并加入魔方吧，我们中国魔方爱好者都很高兴，特别是魔方收藏爱好者，虽然中国魔方收藏界起步比较晚，但是我们都有非常大的热情和激情，很多人对于收藏魔方都有很多问题想问您，想请教您。
可能您不了解国内魔方爱好者的收藏之路有多么的艰难，往往要克服很多困难才能找到一款中意的魔方，比如语言障碍，经济实力，购买渠道，信息获取等等都会给我们造成很大的阻力。
所以非常想邀请您能够帮助我们，为我们指引收藏的方向，明确收藏的意义，提供收藏魔方的帮助。

  有的并且已经回复一些帖子了不过是用英语回复的就是那个支持正版M的帖子还有前辈帮忙翻译过来了  附上她回复的一段帖子和翻译过来的内容：

Oskar is indeed upset about this new development, but what can he do?  Meffert's is upset and is attempting to do something.

There are so many cubes that have no patent, or have an expired patent.  To me these are free game.  an example of which is the basic cube.  Yes, Rubik's has a copyright on the black body BOY color scheme, but the cube itself and the mechanism is free game.  Many of Meffert's older puzzles fall under this category.  Why do you think nothing is heard of copied megaminxes or pyraminxes.  They have reached their 'expiry date'.

The gear cube is patented and awaiting more patents.  For this particular puzzle, I find it reprehensible that the companies would copy it.  And yes, I have a copy.  Just by looking at it, you can tell the quality is poor.  It appears to be molded from an original without any thoughts to retooling and tolerances.  The pieces don't fit snuggly within each other, and they turn horribly.  Lock ups and pops are not uncommon.  If you waste your money on this US$8 piece of junk be aware that you are getting junk.  In the end it is cheaper to purchase the original from Meffert's if you want to play with it.

As for Tony Fisher's cubes, he is just a simple working man. He cannot afford the high cost of patents.  He has respectfully asked people not to copy certain puzzles of his.  http://tonyfisherpuzzles.net/F%20Copying%20my%20puzzles.html I found it very interesting that Tony's cubes started showing up in ebay shops and online stores shortly after he opened his webpage.  Those who have been copying his ideas are not breaking any legal laws, but tread a very fine line morally.  Meffert's is attempting to get some small amount of Money for Tony and other builders who have been copied by these moral-less companies.  So yes, he is purchasing from them, but he isn't making money on the sales.  The real fact is he has purchased many and taken a loss.

I know some may say that these are free game and China and the Western countries have different values, morals, and standards (I hear it from my students all the time) But there are some universal truths that cross cultures: do not murder, do not disrespect your parents, do not STEAL.  This is what these copy companies are doing.  It's pure and simple theft.  And I guess you could say they are disrespecting the parents (the original builders who had the creativity of thought to change the standard into something amazing)  And indeed they are murdering as well.  They are murdering the desire to build new designs, they are murdering the production of new puzzles.

My two cents worth.  take it as you will.  We have discussed this to death on twisty puzzles and have come to no clear conclusions.  It  would be nice if you all could here.  But from the looks of things, you stand here as we do there.

个人之见，仅供参考。我们在twisty puzzles上已经将这个问题讨论的底朝天还是没有得到确切的答案，如果你们可以得到那就太好了。但是就目前所见，你们这里和我们那的情形却也无甚差异。

I do not quite understand "Rubik's copyright on the black body BOY color scheme". I suppose BOY means blue orange and yellow, I could hardly find any other interpretations. However, does that indicate other magic cubes cannot be produced with such a color scheme?

说得真好听，亏钱卖盗版魔方？据我对工厂的了解，我家就是开工厂的，不过是其他行业的。一个移棱fisher cube在永？骏工厂的出厂价不会超过人民币4元，像M这样的大商家，拿货价应该是还要更低。请问伟大的M如何亏本？我想这个确实需要真本事，M确实是太伟大了。

跟楼主提个建议。
看到这个帖子的标题，开始觉得不知道是谁在瞎起哄，但知道是楼主后，觉得还挺靠谱的——至少是真心喜欢收藏的。
然后进来看，发觉用了Google翻译...
我觉得吧，提这个建议挺好的，但不能那么急，显得没诚意。
北京爱好收藏的那么多，像广州这次的聚会一样，办一个什么收藏的聚会挺好，找热心人合计一下，大致拟个流程，然后给Rox发邀请。
你知道Rox多是用英文，怎么也该找耗子哥哥什么的给翻译一下嘛，用Google翻译太没诚意啦（你自己都知道Google那翻译有多烂的）
抓一个英文好的，把这段文字翻译好，然后发站内信或者找人代发过去啦。看双方的时间，找方便合适的时机聚聚，多high。

PS：貌似香港那边MSN更流行一些，QQ群比较难实现，看你们有没有变通的方法了。

你的建议很好，已经有英语强的帮忙翻译了我已经修改了，我只是起个头，真正要组织收藏聚会或者展览需要广大魔友一起努力才行，我学魔方比较晚，是新人，所以不怕事儿大呵呵提一嘴，如果真能组织起来太好了
其实如果她能发个帖子介绍一下她的心得就很好了我们不敢奢望太多，我只是广大喜欢她的魔友的代表之一
也许有国内的前辈和她交流过但只是小范围广大魔友还是无法获得信息和知识

是的我正在努力学呢魔方让我直接的间接的学会了不少知识，这个过程是无比快乐的哪怕最后我无法收藏到我很喜欢的魔方回想几个月前我还连EBAY是什么都不知道

昨晚太晚了，没有详细的回复您，您这段英语我翻译过来后比较费解，请英语好的魔友帮忙再翻译了一遍，还是不明白，有可能是中西文化的隔阂也有可能是您误解了我的意思或者您没有看懂我的帖子里中心思想，听说您可以看得懂中文，我也不再写英文了，希望您这次能理解我的意思

#64. ROX nobody

I go to street markets. Corner stores that sell toys.  I dig in dusty bins.  That's how I find puzzles in China.

How do I meet people.  I hunt the internet. I see a webpage I like, and I write to the owner.  This is how I met many great people.  I make trades with some, buy puzzles from others.

I search for internet webpages that sell puzzles. I don't know if I can list them here, you can send me a message if you like i will send you links.

I read forums (with the help of google sometimes) from Spain, Germany, Japan, and China.  I know many times I miss photographs, but through TP, I have met many of these forums members and asked them to send puzzles on.

I feel very privileged to know some wonderful people.  Meffert has introduced me to many other collectors, SmaZ has given me friendship for so long and also introduced me to other builders (SmaZ is my favorite builder by the way.  I own almost ALL of his creations)

I attend the Hong Kong Toys and Games Fair every January and meet new builders/designers/company managers.

As I have said in other places, I work hard to make my collection what it is.  Small by comparison to other people.  Not 30,000.  Not all twisty. But many.

I don't know where to post this, so I put it here. Some pictures of my desk at work, and my shelves at home.

I made a maximum puzzle price and I stick to it most of the time. I have a budget of what I will spend.

It's a good measure to collect more puzzle, it is worth while our chinese puzzle collecter adopt. In fact my friend and me collect cube very crazy, as we gain less money. I'd notice it, and sometimes give up some ebay item. I think you are a puzzle collecter never can be exceed. Wish you are intersting in MF8.

PS: QQ is a software like MSN, almost every chinese internet user have one QQ accounts.

楼主真是找对人了，当我在广州见到她时，江苏的小汤和香港的Z大师给我介绍她：家中收藏了二万种魔方。

我当时二话没说，抢下她手中的签字笔，在我老婆亲手给我挑的﹑唯一一件能够穿的出去体恤衫上，让她给我签了个名。

据说12月她要去江苏，楼主可以有机会去拜访她，真是名副其实的世界级的魔方收藏家啊！

He's a great builder who makes great puzzles for me. I now have 5 of his! More coming I hope. But more importantly, He's been a great friend. Very unselfish with his time! I love that.

If I can find the other one AJ it's yours as well. But I don't remember where or what it is. The problem of too many toys.

I think "藍狗" is the blue dog 2*2*2 cube which can make noice.
