I am not sure that you understand the seriousness of this matter.
You are already doing what you say you are not.
The V-9 is an unreleased product and videos like these have the potential to destroy the niche market in its early stage.
Yes, this is what I said.
My name is Pantazis Houlis, and I am director of MindStrat Puzzles who have the rights of distribution of V-Cubes to the ASEAN region, as well as other sporadic countries.
I spoke with Konstantinos Verdes on the phone an hour ago, and he is very upset of this video. Please take it down if you respect him.
I will be coming to Hong Kong in January for the Toy Fair. We can meet and I can explain to you more. You need to understand that you are accidentally promoting it.
Thanks,
Pantazis
Thanks for action.
The V6b is entering an already saturated market. It is still illegal,
but the knock off companies will never be able to profit from the
target countries where V-Cubes have already covered.
But the V-9 is not released yet, and it may take some time to be be
released and cover the markets. Right now, there are legal actions
against knock off manufacturers, but those cases will take time to
resolve. So we are trying to delay them from selling unreleased products.
I promise to inform Konstantinos about this, and that your intention was not
to support knock offs.
Pantazis
Hi again,
yes I know what you mean. They are expensive because they also cover
many other costs, such as patents and initial research and testing.
YJ just copied the known design, and never had to do any of the above,
so it is easy for them to make it cheap. Very unfair for Verdes.
It is very difficult to control the sales within China, but when people
outside China see this puzzle, many of them do not know that it is a
knock off, and this can be very bad (in a financial way) for Verdes.

其實真的是中國人既版權意識太差
到中國人的地方就係仿制品這句話沒有錯
